Last updated October 2026. Plain-language summary: we make a custom party game from the details and photos you send and deliver it on a private link. If we got something wrong, we fix it fast, and you get one round of small changes too.

💜 We fix our mistakes, fast

If we made a mistake, like a wrong fact we introduced, a misspelling, a broken photo or something that isn't working, we fix it for free. Just tap Request a fix from the link in your delivery email within 7 days of delivery. Most fixes go live within minutes.

✏️ One round of small changes, included

Every game includes one round of up to 5 small changes, like rewording a question or swapping a photo. Bigger changes count as a new order: new stories, a new set of photos, added players, or a different game. Want more changes later? You can order an updated game anytime.

📝 Your details

We build your game from what you send us, so please double-check names, dates and facts. If something you sent needs correcting, you can use your change round for it.

⏱️ Delivery

Standard games are delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive your order and photos. If we're going to miss that window, we'll email you first.

↩️ Refunds

You get a full refund if you cancel before we start building, or if we miss the 24–48 hour delivery window. After delivery, we refund you if we can't fix an error we made. Because every game is made to order, we can't offer change-of-heart refunds after delivery. Refunds go back through PayPal, usually within 5 business days.

📸 Your photos and content

Only send photos and stories you have the right to share. You keep all rights to them; you give us permission to use them only to build your game. Raw uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days. See our privacy policy.

🎮 Using your game

Your game is for personal and family use. Share the private link with your guests; please don't publish it. Hosted links stay live for 12 months, and you can download a keepsake copy to keep forever.

✍️ Original content

Our games, art, characters and host voice are original. Sample games use made-up characters and general-knowledge questions.
